How LegalRAG Pro is deployed for professional use: private authenticated application access, matter-scoped membership and defined information boundaries.
Hosted service
LegalRAG Pro is currently operated as a private hosted web service for authorised users. The public marketing site and the authenticated LegalRAG application are separated: legalragpro.com provides public product information, while app.legalragpro.com is the private application surface.
Authorised users authenticate through the configured identity provider and must also be admitted by the controlled-user allowlist.
Customer and matter separation
Application admission and matter access are separate controls. Once admitted to LegalRAG, a user sees only matters for which that identity has active membership. A user who creates a new matter becomes its owner and can deliberately share it with other authorised users using defined roles.
Pilot deployment model
Scoped practitioner pilots can be used to establish workflow fit, security boundaries, data-processing requirements and support expectations before a wider paid deployment. External practice-management integrations are treated as separate authorised interfaces rather than assumed dependencies.
