Terms for the LegalRAG Pro public website and controlled service, covering professional responsibility, authorised access, confidentiality, pilots and third parties.
Operator and scope
LegalRAG Pro is operated by Arshad Shafi trading as LegalRAG Pro. These terms apply to the public website and, where incorporated into a pilot or service arrangement, the controlled LegalRAG Pro application.
LegalRAG Pro is a technology product. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Professional responsibility
LegalRAG Pro may assist with document organisation, evidence retrieval, chronology, issue analysis and other legal-workflow tasks. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional before reliance. Use of the product does not transfer the user's duties to clients, courts, regulators or third parties.
Authorised access
Private application access is limited to authorised identities. Users must not share credentials, bypass access controls, attempt to access another user's matter without permission or use the service to process material they are not entitled to handle.
Confidentiality and customer data
Customers and users are responsible for deciding what information may lawfully and professionally be introduced to the service. Where confidential client information will be processed, the parties should establish an appropriate contractual and data-processing basis before use.
Availability, pilots and warranties
The service is under active development and may be provided through controlled pilots. Features, integrations and deployment arrangements may change. Unless separately agreed in writing, the public website is provided for information and does not create a commitment to supply a generally available commercial service.
Nothing on the site should be read as a guarantee that software can eliminate legal, evidential, confidentiality, cyber-security or professional-risk issues.
Intellectual property and third-party services
LegalRAG Pro software, branding and original website material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Customer source documents remain subject to the rights that already apply to them. Third-party services, including identity, hosting and AI providers, may have their own applicable terms.
Governing law and contact
